In the 45 min Feature Topic: Every church has a culture and every ministry within the church has a culture. At this ENRICH we are looking at how culture trumps everything whether we like it or not. Developing a healthy culture is key to everything including spiritual growth, not to mention the engagement and movement mission. This feature session will prove to be immensely beneficial.

In the 15 min. Next-Gen Nugget: NES Student Ministry Rep, will tackle Why Next-Gen Now? Regardless of church size, if we are not addressing the needs and wants of this emerging generation we are actually dying. That is what each month the Next Gen Nugget is sp important.

In the 15 min. Bonus Topic: We will be looking at the differences between vision and mission and what it is important for new people to know who you are and what you care about.
